The Alaunus Platform and Services officially support up-to-date Grade A browsers listed below. Older browsers can still be used, but newer features may not look or work as intended and the experience may not be the best. We highly recommend Google Chrome for the best experience in addition Firefox, Safari, Opera, and Edge are all great. We also recommend that you always use the current updated version of a browser. Most browsers provide an option for automatic updates.

Supported Browsers

Alaunus Platform and Services provide the best experience in the newest version of these browsers:

Requirements

  1. Javascript. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser to allow for the full use of the Alaunus Platform and Services. Without javascript, much of the functionality like connection & login security, navigation, and other critical functionality won't work correctly.
  2. Cookies. Cookies must be enabled in your browser to allow you to login and establish a secure connection with the Alaunus Platform. Cookies are used for secure sessions and are kind of like your browser's unique fingerprint to store your important user data. Without cookies, critical security and login functionality won't work correctly.

Unsupported Browsers

Please note, that browsers either not listed above or out-of-date may not work entirely or may not have the best experience due to missing security requirements, feature sets, or other compatibility requirements. In particular we do not recommend the legacy Internet Explorer browser - it may work fine but it's not officially supported by the Alaunus Platform because it's been discontinued by Microsoft and officially replaced by Microsoft Edge.
