Welcome to the client tool. Here is where you can select, edit and add new clients. This section holds all your client's health information in a safe and secure manner, as well as their location, information and contact details.



First, you will notice that there is a list of clients laid out in cards like the one below.


These cards provide the client's name, phone number, age, gender, and address. These act as a general introduction to the client and all the information can be used to search through your clients. Upon hitting the arrow button to the far right of the client card or anywhere else on the client card, you will be redirected to the client dashboard in which you can access all of your client's information. This includes your client's information, conditions, billing, progress notes, timecards, calendar, invoices, and files.  


After clicking on a client, you get redirected to this client's information page, which contains the client's email, telephone, location, languages and etc:


The next tab on the dashboard is the 'Find Counsellors' tab, which shows potential counsellors for the client:


The next tab on the dashboard is the 'Conditions' tab, which shows what are the client's condition:


The next tab on the dashboard is the 'Progress Notes' tab, which contains the client's progress notes:


The next tab is the 'Calendar' tab, which contains the visits scheduled for that client:


The next tab is the 'Timecards' tab:



The next tab is the 'Billing & Services' tab, which contains the client's billing information and his or her insurance company information:


The next tab is the 'Invoices' tab, in which is possible to see the invoices for that client:

The next tab is the 'Files' tab, in which it is possible to add, remove, edit or download the client's files:
