Welcome to the calendar view.



The calendar view is where you will view your scheduled appointments. Any event scheduled within the scheduler can be viewed in the calendar. Note that you cannot add events from your calendar. The calendar is only for viewing already scheduled events and tracking their progress.


On the top left there are four view options, Agenda, Day, Week and Month respectively.


The Agenda view has a list of the scheduled events for that day:



The Day view shows the days:



The Week view shows the week:



The Month view shows the month:



On the top right there are four icons, Previous, Next, Today and Search Date.


 


The Previous icon goes to the previous month, week or day, depending on which view you have selected.


The Next icon goes to the next month, week or day, depending on which view you have selected.


The Today icon goes to that day view.


The Search Date icon opens a window in which you can select a date to look for:



Clicking on an event on the calendar opens a small pop up window with the summary of the event. To view the event in more details and track its progress, click anywhere below the client's name. You will be redirected to another page where you can track the events progress and view more details of the event.
