Welcome to the billing customer's page. To access this page, simply click on the Alaunus menu and click on 'Billing Customers'. Here you will find a list of all your billing customers, including insurance companies and others.
You can use the white bar at the very top of the page to search for a billing customer. Simply click on this bar and write the name of the customer you intend to find.
In order to clear the search, simply press the clear button inside the search bar:
You can use the filter to search for customers as well. Click on the filter icon that is next to the white bar at the top of the page. Set desired filters by selecting an answer to various questions. You can set anything from 0 to all filters depending on how specific you wish to be. Once your desired filters have been set, click 'filter' at the bottom of the filter window and your customer page will get updated in accordance with your filters.
You will notice that there is a collection of customers laid out in small customer cards like the one below.
These cards provide the customer's name, external ID, and type of company they are. These act as a general introduction to the billing customer . Upon hitting the arrow button to the far right of the customer card or anywhere else on the customer card, you will be redirected to the billing customer dashboard in which you can access all of your customer's information. This includes your customer's profile, location, and their contacts.
On this screen, it is possible to select the billing customers.
After selecting one of the billing customers, you will be able to see its information. The first card contains the customer's external ID, name, type, email, and website. The second card has the various locations you can find the intended customer at. Clicking the pointer icon beside each location will redirect you to the maps. Upon redirection, you will receive directions on how to get to that location from your current location.
On the dashboard click on the Adjusters icon to be redirected to the adjuster's page. This is where your customer's contacts are stored. A billing customer's contact is usually a representative of the billing customer that you can reach out to contact if need be. You can add several contacts to the list by clicking the 'New Billing Adjuster' button in the top right corner of the screen.
