Upon hitting the arrow button to the far right of the client card or anywhere else on the client card, you will be redirected to the client's information. Select the Progress Notes tab on the dashboard.
You can create a progress notes for yourself or other co-workers to read. Progress notes, as the name suggests, are geared towards recording updates in patients health, but can be used for a variety of purposes like setting reminders, or recording helpful things for a future visit.
To search for a progress note, you can use the search bar:
In order to clear the search, just click on the clear button inside the search bar:
Another way of searching for progress notes is using the filter, just click on the Filter button on the top right, and add the information you want to filter. After that just press the Filter button on the bottom. Let's filter only the critical progress notes:
In order to clear what was filtered, just open the filter menu again and click on the Clear button on the bottom:
To edit a note, go to the progress notes page and click the edit icon on the far right side of the desired note.
This will bring you to the Edit Progress Notes page. From here make the changes necessary and click the save button to save. Or click Cancel to cancel the changes you have made.
