Clicking on the client’s card will bring you to the client’s information page. At the immediate left, you can access your client's profile, conditions, notes, timecards, billings, invoices and files.



On the client’s information page, there are several different cards. The first card you come across is the Important notes. This card contains important notes about the client. 


Below the important notes, you will find the caregiver reminders. This card contains notes for the caregiver visiting your clients. Caregiver reminders are mainly used for situations surrounding the client's environment and not necessarily for the client themselves. 


Below the caregiver reminders, you will find the client profile card, which provides the client’s main information like Chart ID, name, birth date, gender, email, status, case coordinator etc. This information can be edited by clicking the edit button at the top right corner of the page.



Below the client profile, you come across the looking for criteria card, which lists what the client is looking for in his or her caregiver.


To the right, there are four more cards, containing respectively the phones, locations, contacts and languages spoken.


The phone card contains all phone numbers, including primary number and secondary. These can be for home, work and cell phone numbers. You can use the phone icon to call the client, or use the arrow at the bottom of the card to expand the window, see and call other numbers.



Below the phone card, there is the locations card. Here you can map directions using the pointer icon or select the arrow at the bottom of the card to expand the window and map different locations.



The next card is the contacts card, which contains information about the client's contacts. The contact could be a daughter, son, friend, spouse etc. Contacts are useful in emergency situations.




The last card is the languages card which contains the languages spoken by the client.



Again, the above can all be edited with the edit button at the top right corner of the page. 



In the top right hand corner, you can click on either of these buttons, the mail or phone icons, to mail and phone a client. To map out directions to a client’s home, click the directions icon. To archive a client, click on the archive icon on the far right.
