Upon hitting the arrow button to the far right of the client card or anywhere else on the client card, you will be redirected to the client's information.
After clicking on a client, you'll get redirected to this client's information page, which contains the client's email, telephone, location, languages and etc:
Select the Conditions tab on the dashboard.
The Conditions page gives you an outline of all the client's conditions. This also includes the status of the condition, the condition type, and its dates.
The status ranges from being active to getting resolved. The condition type describes the severity of the condition which could be: acute, chronic or terminal.
Finally, the dates describe the day of the condition's diagnosis, the onset of the disease and its resolution. If the disease is ongoing or if no onset date can be provided yet, then the dates can be left without any input until further notice.
There is no limit as to how many conditions can be added to the list.
Conditions can be added and edited with the edit button at the top right corner of the screen.
After clicking on the Edit button you'll be redirected to the following page, just click on the Conditions tab on the left of the page to jump to the conditions section. From here you can edit any current conditions. To add a condition, click "Add Condition" At the bottom of this section.
An empty card will appear and add the necessary information in the space provided.
Clicking on the trashcan will delete that condition.
