To the left of the screen, you will find a list of employees and their case coordinators, their scheduled visits can be tracked and viewed through the scheduler. To find out more about a scheduled visit, click on the desired visit. This should pop up a small window with the summary of the visit in question as seen above.
From this window, you can view a number of things like the visit time, reason, name of the client, location, and status of the visit. You can also view more details of the visit by clicking on the details tab, or edit that visit clicking on the edit tab. Clicking on the name in the pop-up window will redirect you to the client profile, from there you can view, edit, map or call the client in question.
Clicking on the details tab on the pop-up window will open the visits page, similar to the one above. From there you can view the stages of the visit, check into a visit as well as get more details about the visit in question. Employees are required to check into their visit through this page or through the telephony system(more on this later) on or before the scheduled start time for their visit. You can check into a visit by simply clicking on the 'check in' bar on the visits page.
You can also do a number of things such as edit, view client files, call client, or map direction to client's address from the icons at the top right corner of the screen.
Note that the check in feature on the scheduler is not supported on web browsers.
